I cant recommend this place enough. It was like a resort in the city. I will be staying here everytime I come back home from now on. Ashoka was so friendly and really took care of us. Can't wait to stay here again, 10/10!

We had a wonderful experience at APlace! The property itself is fantastic, but what truly sets it apart is the stunning, lush garden. It creates such a calm, peaceful atmosphere that makes it almost impossible not to relax the moment you step outside.
A huge thank you to Ashoka for providing exceptional service throughout our time there. Warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a friendly smile, Ashoka’s hospitality made us feel genuinely cared for and welcomed.

The minute we set foot out of the taxi we were greeted warmly by Dilan and Asohoka, Dilan professionally showed us the property extensively. Nothing was left out.
We were taken aback how much better the villa was than we expected, the beautiful landscaped spacious gardens and the spotless interior of the villa. The facilities were complete and nothing needed to be added. Things only got better once we settled in, the pool and the exterior were superb.
Bed was extremely comfortable and living/dining pleasant and a relaxing area to watch the huge TV and have beautiful breakfasts prepared by Asohoka our wonderful caretaker. The kitchen equipped with every possible item needed but we didn’t need to use it because breakfast was prepared for us and we just ordered food in easily from local restaurants.
Such a relaxing place with fabulous staff and easy access to local amenities either walking or Tuk Tuk’s.
Highlights were the hosts, Dilan & Asohoka it was like staying in a 5 Star hotel. ♥

This place was a true oasis. An enormous garden property with an amazing pool, and a cozy 2-bedroom villa that has everything you could possibly need.
The private concierge really makes the experience special — he can handle everything for you, from breakfast to shopping, deliveries, and more. It felt effortless and very comfortable.
If you’re staying in Colombo, this should definitely be your number one spot.

Fabulous villa not far from the centre. Amazing caretaker who appears whenever you need him, amazing breakfast, welcome, surroundings, the garden is gorgeous complete with waterfall and if course pool... and yes THE BEDs really are that fabulous! Just book it 👌

Our stay at Urban Oasis Villa was nothing short of outstanding. From the very first moment, we were welcomed with genuine warmth by Dilan and Asohoka, whose hospitality made us feel immediately at home. Dilan gave us a thorough tour of the villa, and we were impressed by the attention to detail and the care put into every corner of the property.
The villa itself is stunning — much more impressive than the photos suggest. The beautifully maintained gardens, the sense of space, and the pristine interiors created an atmosphere of calm and luxury. The pool was a highlight, perfectly set among the greenery, and became our favourite spot to relax.
Inside, everything was thoughtfully designed for comfort. The bedrooms were spacious with incredibly comfortable beds, guaranteeing restful nights. The living and dining areas offered plenty of space to unwind, whether we were watching TV, sharing a meal, or just enjoying the peaceful setting. …

An extraordinary house to relax!! Very peaceful with a 10x 5 m swimming pool. You can buy food on the street, it's good and cheap! The center of Colombo is 20 minutes from Tuk Tuk between 600 and 850 LKR depending on the time. Come with your eyes closed

Swim at sunrise with only the birds for company. The garden is mature and private, with shade for the afternoons and space for the children to run. A third bathroom sits right beside the pool.
The bedrooms
Two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and its own bathroom. Air conditioning throughout the house keeps running on solar and generator power, even in a power cut.

Water runs over dark stone into a pond of orange fish. White ginger lilies, heliconia and a rose apple tree grow around the lawn, and waterhens from the bird park next door wander right up to the pool.
